HRS Pro support feedback

Dear Hrs Pro, Here at Engineering People (in Melbourne Australia) we would like to say we appreciate you. You listen. You take feedback and help your clients (us recruiters) raise the benchmark as professional recruiters through use of your software. 

I feel that our professionalism has improved 30% since using HRS Pro. Candidates get email's reply's when they submit them, clients get resumes formatted in a uniform manner, candidates get the same information by using the interview information, candidate applications are automatically added to the database and the job. However, It will not make me a coffee, something to work on. Overall 91% satisfied with the system.
